Archey’s Space Rangers and Cosmo Kiwi
In the vastness of space,
possibilities without end,
blinded by the brilliance of distant stars.
"Kiwi, remember
who you are,
wet grass beneath your feet,
the quiet weight of earth and bark,
fungi rooted deep."
One from kōwhai paint
creates a mushroom shape,
Archey frog and pūriri moth aboard,
as orchid blossoms catch the light,
basket ship in celestial flight.
Another child guides as it steers
through emerald beams, dissolving fear,
toward the kiwi on an astral dream
not to carry, not to stray,
but simply to help it find the way.
"Little Kiwi Explorer" series is for all of you with itchy feet, curious minds, and passionate hearts. It depicts the magic of childhood, imagination, and wonder.
It also embraces companionship; every journey is more fun when you have someone special in life to share it with.
It’s for anyone who finds peace in nature. For those who feel more like themselves surrounded by the trees, the sea, and the mountains, for those who feel connected to animals and can see souls in their eyes.
I paint my little explorers small on purpose, in symbiosis with nature, living in harmony, part of it, not superior.
I know that this series is about more than just cute little adventures.
It’s also about navigating through life, figuring things out, finding the way through rocky roads or climbing mountains and sometimes choosing the path that’s not the same as everyone else’s. It’s about trusting and embracing the unknown, and even when you may end up bruised and scarred, eventually discovering your voice and shining in your true colors.
